Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders within Canada.

Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of shipping. Products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be outside Canada. Delivery may take longer during the holidays.

Holiday orders: for delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5. We can't guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost packages: if your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of purchase, contact us for a replacement or full refund.
